How many calories/fats/carbs do I need in a day?

im 17, 150 lbs, 5'5" and i recently started running every morning about 20 min. i dont run that fast, i probably finish a mile in 11 min. so my question is that how many calories and how many grams of fat and carbs do i need to have in a day to lose weight. my gael is to lose as mush weight as possible and avoid my body from getting into starvation mode.
