Should i tell my friend some advice or shouldnt i ?

Just simply tell her that this guy is desperate and that he needs to move on with his life. If he starts to threaten in any sort of way (such as killing her boyfriend just to get the girl, or stalking around and etc), then you need to tell someone. I really hate to see that guy taking advantage of this poor girl.
