Tv court shows-who p[ays teh judgement?

As I understand it (there's a statement at the end that goes by too fast to read all of it) there's a fund that the people are paid for their appearance from. Any money that they end up owing comes out of that fund and they split what's left. If no one owes anything they just split it. Record the show and stop it at the end so you can read the statement if you really want to know.
