I'm 13, I hit the gym 4-5 times a week with a strict regimen, I eat very little junk food (maybe a soda here and there) and eat breakfast every morning. I do a variation of abs exercises nightly aside from the gym. The problem...my eating i juts dont know what to eat for all three meals, breakfast i eat oatmeal with yougurt but for lunch I'm at school and dinner...i dont know....
