Pro-choicers, if you were to eat a little bitty person...?

Why cant you accept abortion as an alternative to carrying a pregnancy to term? What and who gave you the right to dictate what other people do INSIDE their own body? I think abortions are acceptable if the pregnancy was the result of or , or if it risks death to the mother.
