Is Tomb Raider: Underworld being released on PSP and where can i get it?

Some boards are saying that Eidos did announce a release on PSP but i can't find any stockists online and local shops like Game don't have a scheduled release for PSP. Is it being released on this platform and where will i be able to buy it?
