Best Egg drop Container?

To put it simple. There are 2 eggs we have to protect. The order of ranking will be ordered like this: 2 Intact eggs, 1 intact egg/1 cracked, 1 intact/1 smashed, 2 Cracked, 1 smashed egg/1 cracked, both smashed. The eggs will be dropped from a roof approximately 25 ft tall. Our materials are: 1 Paper plate, 1 paper bag, 1 coffee filter, 2 paper clips, 2 toothpicks, 2 styrofoam cups, 1 paper towel, 1 flexible straw, 1 foot of string, 6 inches of scotch tape, 2 eggs( obviously ), and 1 pair of scissors. We are bound to no rules other than that we are confined to only the materials given to us and nothing more. We are open to any method. Any ideas?
