Which trigger should i get?

I have a spyder rodeo and am restarting a paintball team but don't have the money to buy a new gun so i was wondering which trigger frame i should get the spyder E-trigger or the spyder rocking trigger with rear ing bolt. i also am buying an invert halo TOO hopper and a 48/3000 hpa tank(high pressure)......p.s. if you have any suggestions on upgrades or are selling any of the stuff i need im open ears
