Im not enlisted yet,but Im trying to get in the perfect condition before, boot camp. Im 5,9 180 lbs bodybuilder type, my arms are bigger than my waist, literally,and I have a big upperbody but I have a slime waist about 29 and I can run pretty fast and Ive got a good endurance, because I wrestle in high school and do wrestling conditioning. I do alot of cardio and I do alot of upper body work too, and stair climbing. What do I need to do to get in the perfect condition for the the Army?
