What are my chances at UGA with a horrible GPA but good everything else?

I'm a junior in high school, and I have a low GPA but the rest of my high school stuff should be pretty good. My GPA is only 3.0 unweighted and 3.4 weighted, so I'm really worried about that. My SAT score was a 2090 (730 reading, 700 writing, 660 math) and I plan on retaking it so I can break 700 on math and make my overall score better. Haven't taken the ACT yet (should I?) My extracurriculars are decent-- I should have an officer position in a humanitarian club next year, which I've done fundraising for Japan in and a few activities for promoting inclusion in school. I've done tutoring for elementary schoolers in a different club as well. Also, I've helped out at an orphan school in India, and I plan on doing volunteer work at a local hospital this summer. As for APs, I'll have taken 11 by the end of high school, 7 of them before senior year. I've gotten a 3 and 5 on the ones I've taken, and I plan on keeping that up for the rest. I'm going to try to get my GPA up to a decent level, since it got low in the first place because I slacked during my freshman year. Do you think I have a shot at UGA?
