Need some help with two 80's b rated movies titles?

One was roughly about a group of teens partying and some woman who had a caged alive jack o lantern that killed or something...The other was about this family that had a giant satellite dish that made a creature from out of space come and take over their house and the family. It has been probably 20 years since I seen either..Sorry I can not be more detailed. Would love some help would be greatly appreciated for the names of these movies...Thanks!! :)
