Ideas for Luau themed Party!?

Me and a couple of my friends are doing a end of the summer Luau party, we dont have a pool or anythig like that we are just doing it in the backyard. We were thinking to do jungle juice because it is cheap! We are trying to budget, any drink ideas, food, decor??? Since we dont havea pool I was going to buy some kiddie pools any ideas of what to do with them??? I was thinking to fill them with water and buy some floating candles!
