I need some advice???? girls and guys but mostly guys?

Theres this guy I like. Weve been texting. He wont text me....I think he lost his phone because he didnt seem that mad at me the day before plus he wont answer my other friend. And if you call him it goes to his voicmail, but im not sure. He was complimenting me before this and said he wants to meet me like hang out. and if any of you say talk to him in real life i cant now, hes on vacation until a while. I dont know what to do, i cant stop thinking about him i even have dreams about him, but ihavent even met him in real life. My friend is neighbors with him and theyre goodfriends. PLEASE dont say "ohh your just texting him, you havent met him so giveit up" cuz i cant and i dont even know why! I need alotof hel plz
