How to tighten tremolo springs on a stratocaster?

I want to tighten my strat's springs so that the bridge only bends down to lower the pitch and not up. The result keeping my guitar in tune and being able to use my whammy bar and not have to worry about my guitar going out of tune. Does anyone know any instructions on this? any step by step websites.??
