Does this seem like a well-rounded Pokemon Team?

well, it is good, but i would replace wailord with Gyarados, for dragonite, get rid of dragonrage, dragon pulse and fly and give it ice beam , thunderbolt, and stone edge ,for electivire, change chargebeam to thunderbolt. or you can go to www.smogon.com for movesets, and other things. They have a mive database on pokemon from all of the GBA/DS games. Hope that helps
