Blinking Equilizer Radio Lights?

Hi guys. I have a 2001 Dodge Intrepid with a factory radio & 4 disk changer. One day, my equilizer lights started blinking and the radio would not turn on or respond to any ons being pushed. I took it to my dealer and they replaced the radio. It was working fine.. for two weeks. Now its happening again. I don't have any other issues (knock on keyboard). I am taking it in again but am finding it hard to believe they will find out whats wrong considering they didn't the first time. Maybe an electrical issue? I heard about anti-theft codes, but my dealer said there are none when i called and asked. Help!
