Basic excercises to lose weight?

what are some basic excercises that I can do to lose weight? Like sit ups, crunches, jumping jacks, skipping rope...ect? I'd like to get fit but I'm having a hard time. I live outside of the city so I'm not close to a gym. I have a bike and lots of countryside to bike on. I cant run because I start feeling light headed and dizzy. Any suggestions?
